Onigiri (Rice Ball)
Steamed rice 3 cups
Furikake and/or salmon flakes
Sushi nori 12 strips

1. Rinse hands and leave them wet so rice won’t stick to your hands.
2. Mix furikake with rice in a rice bowl.
3. Hold the rice mixture between your palms.
4. Form the rice mixture into a cylinder by pressing lightly with both palms.
5. Wrap a atrip of sushi nori around the rice
