Healthy Lumpia (egg role)
Spring roll wraps (Lumpia wraps) 16
Shrimp 16
Shiso leaves 2-3
Extra virgin olive oil  
Water for sealing wraps  

  1. Place a shiso leaf and shrimp on top of the lumpia wrap.
  2. Roll them in the wrap, as if making a burrito.
  3. Seal tight with a little bit of water.
  4. Pan-fry in a little extra virgin olive oil. (No need to deep fry as shrimp cooks easily.)
  5. Cut in half.
  6. Serve on a plate garnished with strips of carrot and cucumber.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
