Healthy Lumpia (egg role)
Ingredients
Spring roll wraps (Lumpia wraps)

Shrimp

Shiso leaves
2-3
Extra virgin olive oil
Water for sealing wraps
Place a shiso leaf and shrimp on top of the lumpia wrap.
Roll them in the wrap,
as if making a burrito
.
Seal tight with a little bit of water.
Pan-fry in a little extra virgin olive oil. (No need to deep fry as shrimp cooks easily.)
Cut in half.
Serve on a plate garnished with strips of carrot and cucumber.
Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
