Yakiudon (Stir-Fried Udon)
Shirakiku Frozen SanukiyaUdon 1pack
Pork (or your choice of meat) 2.5 oz.
Vegetable of your choice, rinsed and cut into bite size pieces
Recommendations: bell pepper, bean sprouts, broccoli, mushrooms, or onions
1/2 oz.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Water 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp.
Teriyaki sauce (or your choice of sauce) 1 tbsp.
Salt and pepper  
Mayonnaise (optional)

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet.
  2. Stir-fry pork and vegetables over high heat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a plate.
  4. Place Shirakiku Frozen Sanukiya Udon in the same skillet.
  5. Sprinkle with water and cook covered over medium heat for 3 minutes or until soft. (Stir occasionally to cook evenly.)
  6. Add stir-fried meat and vegetables back into the skillet.
  7. Season with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and mix evenly.
  8. Transfer to a plate and serve with a dollop of mayonnaise.
