Croquette Dog
Hot dog bun
Shirakiku Frozen Croquette 1
Cabbage or lettuce leaves, washed and thinly sliced 2-3
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce  

  1. Deep-fry Shirakiku Frozen Croquette until golden brown.
  2. Drain on wire rack or paper towel and cut in half.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on hot dog bun and stuff with sliced cabbage or lettuce.
  4. Place fried croquette on bun and top with Worcestershire sauce.
