Cooking Wine/ Sweet Rice Wine

 

Shirakiku Cooking Wine and Sweet Rice Wine are essential seasonings for traditional Asian cuisine, but are also versatile enough to be used in a wide variety of recipes, including stews and stir-fries.  Their alcohol content eliminates the raw smell of ingredients while simultaneously uncovering hidden flavors and great taste.   Available in 500 ml.

Wasabi Mayonnaise

Shirakiku Wasabi Mayonnaise is a smooth, mild mayonnaise with a spicy wasabi kick. Of course, you can use it just like normal mayonnaise, but it packs so much flavor that it also works great as a marinade or sauce for fish or meat or as a dipping sauce for vegetables.

 

White Miso / Red Miso

Miso is a traditional and popular Japanese seasoning made from soybean, fermenting rice, and salt, and is used in a wide range of recipes. Miso soup is probably the best-known dish including miso, but it can also can be used as a seasoning for stir-fried dishes, a salad dressing, or a sauce for grilled dishes or satay. Available in red and white.
